DC Motors

This motor will operate on 3 to 6VDC. 3/4" diameter x 1-5/8" long (includes shaft). The shaft alone in 3/8" long x 1/16" in diameter. The face of the motor has two tapped screw holes (1/2" apart) for mounting. A fine quality little motor.

We have just acquired a large quantity of 12VDC Mabuchi RC-260RA 1" dia (23.8mm) x 1.05" (26.9mm) motor with a short 2.0mm (0.08" ) dia. shaft x 4mm long. We do not have the full specs on this motor. We do know that this unit features carbon brushes, 3 pole construction, segmented isotropic magnets and has coil specs of 281 turns of 25mm dia wire. . Originally used in automotive applications.

Operating range: 1.5-3VDC, 350mA. No load rating: 14200 RPM @ 0.3A. Max. efficiency: 11780 RPM @ 1.33A. Torque: 15.7gcm. Stall torque: 1.60oz-in. Click "more info" for drawing.

PITTMAN 8322-F398 24vdc motorwith push on terminals. 1.175" dia x 2.0" Length (not inclduing .1564" dia x .562" L shaft. Spec sheet (click the "more info" icon) shows drawing but specs are for a different model.

MABUCHI DC MOTOR. The motor measures 1-1/4"L x 7/8"W x 3/4"H. The serrated shaft is 3/8" long. We have no other spec. We believe that is a common motor model found in many different automotive applications such as mirror adjust, door lock, and other remote operated devices. No sure of specific applications!

High performance 1.5" long, 3/4" wide and 1" high motor features low current drain under load (0.3 Ncm and 4510 rpm). 1/2" long shaft. No load speed is 5800rpm with current drain of only 85ma. Click the "more info" icon for full specs and drawing.

Compact gearmotor is only 2.4" long x 1.4" dia. Shaft is semiflat, 0.20" dia x 0.40" length. Under load (4.2Ncm) speed is 715rpm, current drain is 0.75A @ 13vdc. This is a great motor for modellers, robotics, science projects, etc. Bi-directional operation.

N60GA6617. This DC motor is a bit of a mystery. All we know about it is the PART number. 1-1/8" long x 1/2" dia. The needle shaft in 1/4" long. Seems nice quality.

Mabuchi FC-130RF-VN054515. 5000rpm. A truly unique mini motor with ultra small, flat shaft allows construction of ultra miniature projects. This motor is 1-5/16" dia x 1" high. The shaft has a dual belt drive 3/8" dia pulley. Other numbers also appearing on the motor are; CM32-02401 and 5YGF. Made in Japan. Removed from brand new automobile cassette drive mechanisms.

MABUCHI model RS-555PH-3255 (RS555PH3255). What a find.... Originally designed to be installed in portable drills and printers. (Also works as a fine generator) This model features improved design to reduce external noise levels. Has "wrap around" magnetic shield. High torque 380.3 gm-cm with a stall-torque figure of 1360 gm-cm. An excellent find for the small or medium sized OEM who requires modest quantities of this quality product but cannot satisfy the manufacturer's demand for large quantity purchases. Hundreds of application in Robotics, the RC field etc. (shaft is 1/4 flat - stainless steel 1/8" dia). No load speed is 5500RPM - excellent for "gearing down" to provide ultra high torque for larger projects. 1-7/16" dia x 2-5/8" long. Flatted shaft is 1/2" long. 3/16" push on terminals. This unit features 5 pole construction for higher torque and power efficiency, anisotropic magnets, and coil specs of 55 turns of 32mm wire. We have tested this motor on one alkaline pencell and find that it will deliver useable torque at reduced RPM. Superb for school projects.

Mabuchi # FF-N20PN. Miniature 1.5 to 3 Volt DC motor. Ideal for models and radio control applications where small size is important. No load rating: 15,800 RPM @ 2.4 V, 96 mA. Length (excluding shaft), 0.654” long x 0.47” x 0.39”. Shaft is 0.039”(1mm) diameter x 0.13” long. Solder-loop terminals.
