APC Patriot Plus telephone handset #3137471. This is a standard black 500 style handset with 4 conductor armored 3' cable. Often used with pay telephones and prison phones. It is almost impossible to cut this cable.

Dark grey telephone handset. Less cord. 2 screw assembly allows access to hollow handle should you wish to add circuitry within the handset. Otherwise seem standard for telephone use.
