Please send an email to marshall@surplustraders.net with the model of the power supply describing the nature of the problem(s). Advise if the unit smoked and or overheated. Remove cover and inspect and advise if the unit has a burned odor. Please send pictures.
Let us know if you have any repair history of the power supply and any work details that has been performed on the power supply. We will need to know if the unit is assembled or disassembled as well. In the email, please advise what turn around time is needed or expected and if this is an emergency repair. It is also important to advise if the unit is from a military situation or Government owned.
