SURFACE MOUNT PACKAGE. Sprague# UGN3075LT. (Allegro UGN3175LT). Operates on 4.5 V to 24 V. Open collector output. Activate with small, commercially available permanent magnets. Will not switch on removal of magnet field. Can sink 10 mA. With suitable output pull up, they can be used directly with bipolar or MOS logic circuits. Tiny SOT 89, surface-mount package, 0.175” x 0.09” x 0.06” thick. Tape and reel packaging.
