Operational, but were rejected by Dell QC because they could not be returned to like-new appearance economically. They are individually packed in cardboard boxes with foam rubber linings, the same boxes in which they were returned to Dell. There are several different part numbers, all beginning with "4," including 45127, 47420, 47421, 47422, and others. Most are the Quietkey type with the rubber dome switches, but there are some mechanical "clicky" ones as well.
