This offer is for a pack of 10 (assembled and shrink wrapped) with an output of 12vdc @ 1500mah. Can easily be disassembled to yield 10 individual sub-c cells. This shrink-wrapped pack of 10 cells is housed in an easily opened (screw assembled) high impact plastic housing and can be used as-is by just attaching to wires to the easily accessible external terminals. Packs were manufactured in 2006 and 2007 and are very fresh. Original application was for a portable lighting device.
