BUEHLER DC GEAR MOTOR WITH LINEAR SCREW ASSEMBLY AND ENCODER CONVERTS ROTARY MOTION TO LINEAR MOTION
Buehler 4 to 12 VDC gear motor complete with encoder and lead screw assembly that converts rotary to linear motion. Attached to the lead screw is a plastic anti-backlash friction nut and a metal L-bracket that moves forward or reverse depending on the polarity of the voltage applied to the motor. The assembly is attached to a 9 1/4" x 6" metal platform. The assembly was removed from new equipment. The Buehler gear motor runs at 90 RPM on 6VDC/180MA or 180 RPM on 12VDC/180MA (no-load). The encoder requires 5VDC input. The TTL output signal is 50 pulses per revolution. Motor, gearhead and encoder are 4.25" long x 1.8" diameter. The lead screw is 4.45" long x 0.38" diameter. The L-bracket travels 2.25" per revolution. MG411
