MAGNETIC HEAD ASSEMBLY WITH STEPPER MOTOR ADJUSTER
1" diameter stepper motor rotates worm gear to raise and lower a magnetic head assembly, probably from an audio or data tape drive. The worm gear part of this device might be useful for other applications. The motor is a 6 wire, unipolar stepper. The travel of the worm gear is about 0.5". Mounted on a metal assembly 3.1" x 3.3."
