Northern Telecom A0329941. For NT4X Unity series by Northern. Equivalent to Paltronics WP410616, Prima Ent Corp. 41C-11. The connector is a duplex adapter, with an RJ11 plug, and 2 x RJ12 jacks. This adapter has been notched out to accept the lead from the AC adapter through the side, the output is connected to the two outer pins on one of the RJ12 jacks -- and is jumpered to the other, while the center four are wired to the RJ11 plug.
