A.SurplusTraders.Net has been on-line since 1994 and our principals have been in the electronic industry from as far back as 1963. The original owner of SurplusTraders.Net (who retired in 2010) has a history in electronics going back to 1945 - and his expertise and experience have been passed down to the current owners and staff.

Q. Where can I verify/confirm your company's legitimacy? I don't trust online businesses...

We value our clients which include government agencies (USA as well as friendly foreign), multinational companies, grocery chains, education institutions, state and municipal agencies and NGO's worldwide. As we accept credit cards for most purchases, you have the protection of your credit card institution and we are prepared to provide a list of references to any company requesting it. You are invited to speak with our staff to clarify any questions you have about warranty, return policies, inventory status, or any other general inquiry

A. Our inventory is updated regularly however, it is possible that it’s available and it’s not on our website. In addition to that if we don’t have something, we can typically find it for you.

Q. I'm looking for older/obsolete items. Can SurplusTraders.net provide these types of products?

A. Our inventory is extensive and we have many older, obsolete items available.

Q. If you don’t have what I’m seeking, could you please let me know when it becomes available?

A. Yes, we can even create a “wanted” ad to help you find what you’re seeking.

Q. Can I get photos / specifications about a product before purchasing it?

A. Although our name is SurplusTraders.net, we deal with all different types of quantity orders… From one piece to one million!

Shipping

Q. How long will it take to receive my goods once I place my order?

A. We have warehouses all over the US, so each order, or type of goods has a different lead time. We will advise you about any lead times before you place your order.

Q. I don't want to be billed for shipping. Can we use our own shipping account to ship our order?

A. We can ship via UPS OR FEDEX, from virtually all of our warehouses. Ask your sales person if using your own account is an option.

Q. I'm not home during the day to accept shipments, can you ship the goods to my cousin/friend/brother?

A. We can ship the goods wherever you need them shipped to in the USA. You just have to let us know!

A. To obtain Net terms with SurplusTraders.net you can send us your trade/credit references for review. Our accounting team will evaluate those references and get back to you with a decision.
